Rob has fixed my Tag Heuer for many years now. Its 20 years old and still running great. Why go anywhere else for maintenance and repairs.

We have used Rob a number of times for watch repair and battery replacement and this guy is just great at what he does AND he always under promises and over delivers on both cost and time it takes him to get the job done. Friendly, efficient, and just a nice guy. We'll be back!

It makes me so happy when I get to be the first person to review a great place.  Now it is a limited group of folks who wear and use polar watches.  We are the types who are burdened by the need to constantly know our times and heartrates and cadences during athletic pursuits.  I also use mine to remind me of how much time I've got left on parking meters and to wake me up in the morning.

So imagine my sadness when my 625xi polar watch needed a new battery and I found out it needs to go to a authorized dealer.  Well you don't have to take it to a dealer but if they get the seal wrong you'll ruin the watch. So....

Can you believe that after moving to Seattle I found the only authorized dealer literally within 1000 miles was 23 minutes away?  Wow!

And the guy who runs the tiny booth which is inside the Fred Meyers on 148th street which is inside the Fred Meyers Jewerly store is a watch repair god.  Yep, statue on Olympus of him and everything.

I gave him my watch.  He said come back in 15 minutes.  17 bucks later and the watch is like new.  He even put back the buttons I had lost and fixed my watch band.

Rob is AMAZING!!  He's very professional and great at what he does!! He's a certified Polar watch guy and also works on any watch you have. Rob has serviced several of my watches, on several occasions, including a Polar S720i and my fancy watch. On each visit, he's prompt, professional and has exceeded my expectations on each visit! Heck, he over delivers, which I think is fantastic! I trust him with my watches, which is more than I can say with the last place I went, which fortunately is how I found Rob. I highly recommend him, he's honest and thorough AND a really nice guy.

I was afraid I'd have to mail my dead polar watch to somebody who'd charge me $50 just to receive the package, but I found a small little repair shop across the lake in Bellevue. Fifteen minutes and $20 later, I was sitting in horrible Bellevue traffic but my watch was like new.
